Delivery & Returns

Our Delivery Promise

We don't mess about! All orders placed before 4pm on working days are despatched same day - that's our promise. Working days are Monday to Friday throughout the year excluding bank holidays (read more).

Irish Delivery Options

We offer free shipping for all orders over €100 no matter how large or bulky! (Some remote and offshore postcodes are excluded.)

Standard delivery costs €4.95. This service generally takes 3 to 5 working days, however it is not a guaranteed service and delivery times are estimates.

Expedited delivery is charged at €8.95. Orders sent on this service will be received within two working days of dispatch. Orders placed before 4pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders after 4pm Fridays and over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday (read more).

Worldwide Delivery Options

International deliveries, including those to Northern Ireland, are processed by our UK branch. If you would like an order delivered outside of Ireland, even if you are buying it from within Ireland, please use the site switcher at the very top right of this or any other webpage to go to our UK website (shopping cart contents are not carried over between websites.)

Returns

You can return unwanted items within 60 days for a full no quibble refund (as long as the item is still in the same condition). Unless the order is faulty or incorrect you will be responsible for the return postage cost. All goods carry a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee unless otherwise stated (read more).
