Swinging Clubs and Torches

Swinging clubs and torches are essentially juggling clubs or torches with rounded or spherical knobs that allow you to swing them easily. Club swinging was used in circus long before poi entered the mainstream circus scene, however, both arts share many of the same moves and club swinging is finding fresh interest from the popularity of juggling club manipulation.
