FULL TIME DESPATCH OPERATOR
Firetoys HQ, Shoreham Beach
We’re excited to offer a full-time, permanent Dispatch Technician position to join our vibrant team in Shoreham-by-Sea, Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders with strong attention to detail.
- Efficiently process incoming deliveries.
- Pack large wholesale orders onto pallets.
- Replenish stock and conduct stock counting/control.
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Process returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
- Physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting and moving palletized goods.
- Computer literate and comfortable using relevant systems and software.
- Warehouse experience is not essential, but a passion for circus and aerial arts, along with knowledge of our products, is a significant advantage.
What We Offer:
- Starting wage of £13.21 per hour (reviewed annually in April).

Festival Staff Opportunity
Are you a juggler, hula hooper, diabolo player, or aerialist looking for exciting temporary full-time work this summer?
Firetoys is seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at major UK music festivals in summer 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate your performance skills to engage festival attendees.
Process transactions at our festival stalls.
Interact with a diverse crowd in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements:
Cheerful, extroverted personality with a passion for circus and juggling.
Skilled in juggling, hula hooping, diabolo, or aerial arts.
Comfortable thriving in a busy music festival setting.
Full clean driving license and experience driving vans and trailers not essential, but a big advantage.
