Complement Your Training

When we produce our silks there are fabric offcuts that we cannot use, usually at the end of the roll or when we find the occasional imperfection. As it turns out, this is a good thing as they make a fantastic stretching aid! They can also be used for grip training when you’re not otherwise able to train on a set of silks.

We’ve chosen the length of fabric supplied to give you just the right amount of stretch and resistance for some of our favourite stretches. Included with this fabric is a short guide to just a few of these stretches, including pictures and descriptions to help you. Once you start using this in your stretching routine, we’re sure you will find many more of your own uses.
