Rolla Bolla is a simple but challenging balance prop made using a wooden platform and cylinder. 

The multilayer plywood used to construct the board is robust and well made. Additionally, the board is equipped with four circular grooves in each corner, which enables the stacking of cylinders to create a multi-level Rolla Bolla, adding an extra layer of challenge and excitement to the activity.

What is Rolla Bolla?

The aim of the rolla bolla is to stay balanced whilst slowly rolling from side to side.

This is a great discipline to learn by itself, but it is also an excellent supplement for improving balance, coordination and core strength.

Once you are comfortable with balancing, you can increase the difficulty by adding other skills, like juggling or diabolo!
