Recommended fillings:

  • Beginners:/kids: 2x 70g tri-its (lightweight)
  • Beginners/Intermediate/adults: 2x 110g juggling balls (an ideal weight for most spinning styles)
  • Intermediate/advanced: 2x 120 juggling balls (a little heavier, nice for throws/isolations)
  • Advanced/tech: 4x tri-its (2 per poi). This is 140g per poi, which gives greater control for isolations.

To attach your handles, simply slide over the end and tie a basic knot.

Great for practice

First time using not stretch sock poi. They are shorter than I'm used to and non of my thud balls fitted into them. But once I found a filler I really enjoy them much more than the ones with stretch. The delivery was nice and speedy.
