How it works

Players take turns drawing double-sided wooden landscape tiles from a cloth bag and adding them to an expanding, shared play area. Each tile features a terrain type (like mountains, forests, grasslands, or deserts) and a standard symbol (X or O). Tiles must generally be placed next to matching terrain types.

Making Camp: When a player manages to complete a row of three of their symbols (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal), they get to pitch a miniature campfire token on the tile they just played.

The Scoring Twist: Unlike classic Tic-Tac-Toe, getting the most rows doesn't guarantee a win. The game ends when all 26 tiles are drawn, and players score points based on how close their campfires are to the "unexplored wilderness"—meaning each empty grid space directly surrounding a campfire earns 1 point.
