Aerial Training
Aerial circus takes a lot of strength, flexibility and technique. By far the best way to achieve these things is to regularly attend classes or training sessions with experienced instructors. More experienced aerialists might want to maximise their training by practising at home or at other venues. That's when our range of aerial acrobatics books and DVDs can come in handy. These media are great training aids and serve as reminders and reference material for your training. However, you should never learn a brand new move from a book or video alone. Even our books on stretching should only be used under supervision or by those with experience in flexibility training.
Pull ups are one of the most useful exercises to develop strength for the aerial arts. We have a great portable pull up bar for sale here for that very purpose! Don't worry, you can do pull ups without supervision but it's not a bad idea to research pull up technique to get the full benefit and avoid injuries.
